Male patient presented to our office with a the gap in his front teeth. Patient was not happy with the space between his teeth causing him not to smile. Patient wanted to know what options he had to fix his present condition. A treatment option of porcelain crown and a customized white filling (composite) was presented and accepted. The tooth on the right is dark due to past root canal treatment and has the porcelain crown. The tooth on the left has the customized white filling to match the porcelain crown. The patient was very pleased with his new smile.

Young female presented to our office wanting her crooked teeth fixed. Patient was very self-conscious of her looks. The patient did not like the crowding in her lower teeth. The patient was presented with Short Term Orthodontics or 6 Month Braces as it is usually known to fix the crooked teeth. Patient's treatment time in braces was only 6 months followed by Zoom II Bleaching to complete her treatment.

Young teenager presented to our office with dad concerning her crooked teeth due to crowding. After all the options were discussed, orthodontic treatment was started and completed. Patient is very happy with her new smile.

A young woman presented to our office asking for her options for changing her 2 central incisors. Patient stated that she did not like the way two teeth were different in size and color. Options were given and discussed. Patient's treatment consisted of reshaping her gum and delivering an all ceramic porcelain crown and a veneer. Patient was very pleased with her new smile.

Female patient presented to our office with complaints of sensitivity and discolored teeth. Upon examination, the patient had moderate gum recession due to bone and gum tissue lost. Patient was experiencing sensitivity due to root exposure and cavities. A 16 year old male teenager presented with a fractured central tooth due to a sport injury. Since the patient was so young we elected to restore the tooth with a very conservative restoration - Composite. Composite (white filling) is tooth colored plastic material that is strong, beautiful, and long lasting with proper technique. No additional tooth structure was removed which was the primary reason for a composite restoration on such a young patient.

Female patient presented to our office inquiring about possible solutions for her crooked and dark teeth. Patient did not want braces/orthodontics at her age. Our office recommended a very conservative restoration option: All Porcelain Veneers. Veneers was suggested due to minimal tooth preparation. The veneers will not only correct her crooked teeth, but at the same time change her teeth to a brighter and whiter teeth. Patient was pleased with her natural looking smile.

Female patient presented to our office with broken tooth in her hand. The patient informed us that the broken tooth had a root canal and a crown many years ago. Several options were discussed including implants, but patient did not want any surgery. A treatment option of a new porcelain crown with some orthodontics was chosen. First the tooth needed to be slightly pulled out of the gums to make it longer for the crown. Once this was accomplished a porcelain crown was fabricated that best matched the surrounding restorations.

Patient presented with "patched" dental treatment consisting of old composite that was discolored and irritating the gums. Once the inflammation of the gums were addressed, the patient had six All Porcelain Crowns cemented. Notice how good the new restorations look and make the gums nice and healthy.

An elderly patient presented with an ill fitting partial/"flipper."Patient was complaining that the flipper was not fitting well and looked horrible. She also did not like that she had to take it in and out all the time. An All Porcelain Bridge was suggested which she accepted. A new custom stained All Porcelain Bridge was permanently cemented once approved. Patient was elated with her new beautiful smile.

Female patient presented with old fillings (amalgam) that were leaking and broken down. Also the patient had a tooth that was not restorable due to a large cavity. Due to the nature of amalgam, the silver mercury filling leaks over time causing cavities and cracks in the teeth. In fact, due to the mercury in amalgams, it has been banned in many European countries due to its health hazards. For this specific reason, our office recommends composites for filling cavities. Patient presented with an old denture that was loose, stained, and worn. A new denture was specially custom made for the patient after discussing what she wanted in her new denture. The patient chose to have longer and whiter teeth which also was well fitting. A brand new custom made denture was delivered with all her requests. Patient was ecstatic!

Elderly male presented to our office with his daughter for a consult about the father's teeth. Daughter stated she was very worried for her father's welfare due to his poor diet. The father could not eat due to his poor dental condition. The patient and the daughter chose to have a complete upper denture made and crowns on the lower teeth. Both patient and the daughter were completely satisfied with the dental treatment. In fact, the daughter joked how her father has gained a few pounds after the dental treatment.

Young male patient presented to our office due to a missing lateral. The patient told us that he was very self-conscious of his missing teeth. Also he wanted his teeth to be whiter/brighter than what is now. Since the patient had no restorations on any other teeth, an implant was recommended with Zoom II Bleaching afterwards. The patient said that his confidence was so much better with the new smile.

Female patient presented to our office with multiple missing teeth. Patient was missing her front tooth in conjunction with some back teeth. Patient was complaining that she was very ashamed to smile in public and had a hard time eating due to her missing back teeth. Implants with new porcelain crowns was suggested to correct her chief complaints. As the After picture shows, patient is beaming with a new beautiful smile.

A male college student presented to our office after orthodontics for a consult for his missing anterior teeth. Several treatment options were discussed. Patient chose implants, porcelain crowns, and porcelain veneers for the final restoration. The custom porcelain tinting was made to match the rest of his mouth. Due to orthodontics, the patient had some hypocalcification (white spots) on his other teeth which was incorporated into the final restorations. Patient stated that his girlfriend loved his new smile.

Young female patient presented to our office with an unaesthetic partial denture/flipper. Patient stated the denture was fitting poorly and looked horrible. Patient was so self conscious that she learned to purse her upper lip so she would not reveal her smile. We placed 2 implants for a bridge and 2 porcelain crowns. Attractive young female presented to our office with pain in her upper jaw. Patient said that she has been avoiding dental treatment for many years for her extreme fear of the dentist. We informed the patient of sedation dentistry as an option to aid her in relieving her dental pain. Upon acceptance of treatment, we were able to complete the young woman's dental treatment in only 2 appointments. Upon seeing her new beautiful smile, the patient became very emotional; she cried. As tears of joy rolled down her cheek she kept on asking "Is this really me?"

An elderly female patient presented to our office in need of much dental treatment. Patient stated that she knows that she has neglected her dental needs in the past, but is now ready to proceed with treatment. The patient's treatment consisted of implants for hopeless teeth with porcelain crowns and veneers. Patient stated that she looks forward to meeting friends and attending functions to show her new beautiful smile.

Female presented to our office who was in need of a lot dental treatment. Patient stated her reason for her dental state stems from her dental phobia. Our office recommended sedation dentistry to her as an option with her dental treatment. Patient accepted our recommendation for sedation dentistry and with that we were able to restore her mouth with beautiful porcelain crowns. Patient stated that it has been a long time since she was able to smile. Since the patient's dental treatment has been completed, she states that she smiles all the time.

Elderly man came to the office because of a broken front tooth that had become infected.
